A query for you…what should be the collective noun for a group of Argentine Tango dancers?
A search for collective nouns via google provides some fantastic inventions:
If you missed the State Opera’s production of La Boheme recently, you would not have seen Mark Stojani’s performance on stage at the Adelaide Festival Theatre (along with Valentyna). I read a review of the performance a little while later in the Adelaide Review which referred to the “gaggle of stagehands” and Mark and I were discussing whether “a gaggle of tango dancers” was appropriate given the mayhem that occurs between classes at Eastwood as people catch up on news! Your thoughts….??
