Food at the Baile!

Wondering what the canape selection will be like at the Tangomania Easter Saturday Baile? It promises to be a delicious gourmet selection….

  • Poached pears with gogonzola cream wrapped in spicy pancetta.
  • Grilled scallops with bread crumbs, parsley, lemon and olive oil.
  • Pizette with artichoke, fetta and olive tapenade.
  • Chicken bouchee with bush tomato chilli jam.
  • Warm porcini risotto topped with braised balsamic duck.
  • Lightly fried peroni battered zucchini flowers filled with gorgonzola and pine nut ricotta.
  • Selection of shooters filled with panna cotta, passionfruit mousse and tiramisu.
  • Warm chocolate and frangelico shots.

All created by the team at Enoteca Cucina. We will be next door in the same building at the Italian Centre located at 262 Carrington Street Adelaide. The Baile starts at 8:30pm, don’t be late or you might miss out on tasty treats!
