Siempre Tango's 3rd Birthday Milonga

On Saturday July 1, Siempre Tango will celebrate its third birthday in style!

Join us at Chris Jarmer’s AIR Restaurant for a delicious two-course menu. The difficult decision available for entree and main courses will be:


Duck and porcini risotto with winter mushrooms, asparagus and porcini oil
Double baked cheese soufflé with baby lettuce leaves and semi-dried tomatoes
Japanese off-roe scallops served with Asian salad, tomato and pickled ginger salsa


300g Scotch fillet on the bone with portabello mushrooms,
smashed potato and balsamic glaze
Duka crusted chicken with baby roasted potatoes and wilted spinach
Fish of the day

Pre dinner nibbles of risotto balls, spring rolls and air chips will be served as part of the dinner. Espresso coffee and tea also included. There will be a main course alternative served for vegetarians on the night, please let the person you buy your ticket from know whether you will require a vegetarian main meal. Please note that the dinner ticket does not include drinks.

Dinner tickets are $50/45. Bookings are essential – dinner tickets will not be available at the door. You are welcome to pay with cash at any Siempre Tango event (Higher Ground, the Establishment, the Banque, classes, practica), or by direct transfer, or by sending a cheque/money order. You are also welcome to join the milonga after 10:00pm with an entry fee of $15, no ticket required.
