In the month of July we will be having two milongas – the first on Saturday July 1^st being Siempre Tango’s 3^rd Birthday Milonga at Chris Jarmer’s AIR Restraurant at 210 North Terrace.

The second milonga will be at Higher Ground on Friday July 21^st – ie, there will not be a milonga at The Establishment in July.

But, back to the birthday evening…it promises to be a special night with a gorgeous dinner at 7:30pm. Tickets are $50/45 and will only be available until next Wednesday June 28^th and not at the door. It will also, of course, be the first milonga night to welcome Mark Stojani back to Adelaide!

You are also welcome to join us after dinner from 10pm with entry being $15 at the door. If you haven’t previously seen the AIR restuarant, it is at the front of the David Jones building on North Terrace, and features what will be a gorgeous round dance floor. The menu for dinner is as follows:

Pre dinner morsels of risotto balls, spring rolls and air chips will be served while you choose between…

Entree

Duck and porcini risotto with winter mushrooms, asparagus and porcini oil
or
Double baked cheese soufflé with baby lettuce leaves and semi-dried tomatoes
or
Japanese off-roe scallops served with Asian salad, tomato and pickled ginger salsa

and…
Main

300g Scotch fillet on the bone with portabello mushrooms,
smashed potato and balsamic glaze
or
Duka crusted chicken with baby roasted potatoes and wilted spinach
or
Fish of the day

Espresso coffee and tea also included. There will be a main course alternative served for vegetarians on the night, it would be appreciated if you could let the person you buy your ticket from know whether you will require a vegetarian main meal. Please note that the dinner ticket does not include drinks.
