On June 16 Siempre Tango will host the Milonga para los Ninos in Adelaide for the first time. Come along to Higher Ground from 8:30pm onwards at 274a Rundle Street for a fabulous evening of dance. Entry is $20/15 at the door.

All profits will go directly to Para los Ninos an Australian Association which provides funds for people working directly with underprivileged children and youths in Argentina. This is a great opportunity for our community to give something back…

So, what’s happening?

  • Free introductory tango class from 8:30-9:30pm. Participants will have the chance to win a free 4-week Beginner Course with Siempre Tango. What a great chance to bring along a friend to introduce them to Argentine Tango!
  • MC Imogen Selley, Director of the Media Resource Centre and Mercury Cinema, will be our host for the evening.
  • DJ Benny will preside over the music selection, with plenty of time for dancing yourselves.
  • A fantastic line-up of sensational performances from:

Siempre Tango (Argentine Tango),
The Swing Sesh (Swing),
Dansar Productions (Foxtrot and Cha-Cha),
La Bomba (Salsa),
and
Liana Vargas of Teatro del Mundo (Flamenco)!

  • And of course…prizes to be won! Including a luxury weekend retreat in Deep Creek National Park!

Come along, bring your friends, help us to celebrate a great evening of dance, and assist people in need.

The Higher Ground cafe and bar will be open for the duration of the evening, providing drinks and light meals.
