According to Marilynn Marchione of Associated Press, Italian researchers have found that dancing is an ‘effective and fun’ way to help cardiac patients…just as effective as bicycle and treadmill training for improving exercise capacity, and providing ‘slightly more improvement in sleep, modd, and the ability to do hobbies and housework.’ See, dancing cures all!
